Delete your shared data

If you shared pets from Rafus and no longer have the phone, you can delete everything you shared from the server here. If you still have the phone, it’s easier from the app: Settings → Delete my data from the server.

What gets deleted

Everything you shared: your shared pets, their tasks and everything logged for them, including what the people you shared them with logged.
Those people stop receiving them. What they already had on their phones stays there.
What’s in the app on your phone isn’t touched: Rafus data lives on your phone, and the server only had an encrypted copy of what you shared.

If you also received pets from other people, what you logged for them is part of those pets’ history and stays in their household, without your identity on the server. To stop receiving them, do it from the app or write to info@cloudsys.com.ar.

Your recovery code

It’s the code of your encrypted backup, the one you wrote down when you first shared: it proves what was shared is yours. It never leaves this page: it’s used to compute a proof, which is the only thing sent to the server.
